If you have contacted Merchant Technical Support (MTS) and do not receive a reply within 24 hours it is likely due to your email filters. Some are controlled by your email provider, some you can modify on your email client. You can always check your ticket status online at http://www.paypal.com/mts - click on the “my stuff” tab. PayPal offers a variety of free technical support options for developers. If you cannot find your answer on the Community - you can search through the Merchant Technical Support knowledge base. If you still can’t find your answer submit a ticket. MTS can answer all of your integration questions from Buy Now buttons to APIs. PayPal also offers customer support for general PayPal questions.
